Martin GrahamChairman Martin is responsible for shaping the global strategic direction of Secondcap and maintaining relationships with industry leaders. Martin was formerly the Director of Markets and Head of AIM at the London Stock Exchange. He personally led the LSE’s transformational growth strategy focussed on driving market efficiency resulting in a five-fold increase in market size between 2003 and 2008. In addition he was instrumental in building the LSE’s international franchise, significantly outperforming all major exchanges. Prior to this he held a number of senior positions in the financial services sector having begun his career as a fund manager. Martin graduated from the London School of Economics. |

François GamblinChief Executive Officer François is responsible for implementing the strategic objectives of Secondcap and establishing and maintaining client relationships. François was previously a Partner at Fondinvest Capital in Paris, a €2Bn Fund of Funds. He has a record of successfully sourcing and investing in a large number of European middle market and global private equity funds, both on a primary and secondary basis. Prior to joining Fondinvest Capital he held several senior financial positions within Faurecia. He started his career with Mazars. François graduated from HEC. |

Kevin MonroeManaging Director – North America Kevin is responsible for expanding Secondcap’s presence in North America. Kevin was previously a Managing Director of VCFA Group in New York, a secondary private equity fund, where he led VCFA’s overall due diligence process and direct secondary investing. Kevin was responsible for sourcing, analysing and negotiating both limited partnership investments and direct investments. Kevin represented VCFA at the board of director level on various private companies held by VCFA through its direct secondary investment effort. Prior to VCFA, Kevin was a Managing Director and Senior Equity Research Analyst at Thomas Weisel Partners in New York. Kevin led the development of Thomas Weisel Partners’ equity research of the Environmental and Industrial Services industries and most recently covered the Alternative Energy Industry. Kevin graduated from Fordham University in New York. |
